Hey Jim,

Well, I tried it and it worked great! I hope this helps you. I don't know what else to tell you. It did everything I needed it to do and it gave me a whole list of properties.

Direct Gulf of Mexico Access Saltwater property searches need to be specified as "WATERFRONT", "NO BRIDGES".  Do not specify "SALTWATER" or "WATERVIEW", because of a field correlation error between the two software programs.  We will get it fixed.

Yo, Jim....this is great!  Now I don't have to wait for your lazy xxx to get in gear and do my searches....(lol).  Maybe we can actually do some business now.  One question:  If a new property comes up, will I be notified somehow?

Hey Jim,  I meandered around the site - it is a great way to shop - will save buyers a lot of time and disappointment - it is nice to know basically what's "out there" before beginning a really serious shop... I certainly came up with a number of properties in my own search criteria - good thorough information about each.  Thanks for the site - I'll stay in touch.

Sergio:  Your search criteria is saved and ListingBook will send you a report every morning with new stuff that comes up.  Be sure you have the morning report turned on.

This is a fantastic way to allow busy people (as we all are) to search 24/7 and not feel "pressured."

As most people in the advertising/marketing business will tell you, consumers in the 21st Century are wanting to be/feel that they are in total control of every decision and transaction.

Good Job!!!

This is should be titled  "Target Marketing Made Easy".  Also, because of the plethora of information, buyers and sellers should be more motivated.

I look forward to our next transaction.

Like this much better than your previous "Client Access" link direct to the MLS.  didn't like that one, because you agents know how to answer all the questions, but I did not.  Took me awhile to get the hang of the Listing Book Map Search (why did they pop-up those little windows?), but once I learned to expand the windows, I found the buttons they kept referring to.  so far that's my only issue, but you know me...I'll find something to complain about. It really does work good for ME....might be some features that other people would find lacking.

LB was an eye-opener for me. Prices sure have dropped!  :)    JR
